| SHIPPING: |
F.O.B. Edmonton, Alberta or Aurora, Ontario. All shipments are sent Canpar prepaid ground to most standard locations unless otherwise specified by Artisan of Canada or customer. If purchaser requires that shipments be sent through a courier other than Canpar these shipments will then be sent freight collect. |
| CREDIT TERMS: |
Net 30 days - Strict 60 Days. Orders will be held on accounts over 70 days until payment is received in our office. Any accounts past 90 days will revert to C.O.D terms. 2% per month interest (24%per year) will be applied to overdue accounts. |
| RETURNS: |
Merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization by Artisan of Canada staff. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number which is issued by Artisan of Canada staff. Unless fault for the return is that of Artisan of Canada, all returns will be transported at the claimants expense. All returns not subject to warranty will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Artisan of Canada does not give cash refunds, only a credit memo will be issued on returned goods. *No cash, credit memo only. * |

| CLAIMS: |
Artisan of Canada does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of goods in transit. Any loss or damage must be reported to the courier responsible for the shipment immediately. Claims for shortage of goods must be reported to Artisan of Canada within 72 hours of receiving goods. No Exceptions. |
